I am a lead product designer with 20 years of experience delivering end-to-end digital product design for high-scale, complex web platforms and e-commerce applications.
I balance user needs, tech feasibility, and business goals by working closely with POs and tech leads to run workshops and direct research.
I love embedding DesignOps into the dev cycle (and have presented on stage about it!), and I actively use modern AI tools to keep iteration loops fast, but still love pixel pushing.

For the last 5 years, I’ve operated with an in-house mindset embedded at easyJet Holidays, co-owning feature roadmaps, scaling design system governance, and leading cross-functional discovery from rapid AI-assisted prototyping through to live CRO experimentation.
